Do my puppies come with a contract?
          Absolutely they do.

Puppy Contracts

All Tauriel puppies are placed with a contract.

Why you might ask

It is not because I want to be difficult or controlling. Quite the opposite. A good contract ensures that both breeder and puppy family clearly understand what is expected from the beginning. It protects the puppy, supports the new family, and provides clarity for everyone involved.

Every Tauriel puppy is carefully planned, raised in my home, and given the very best start I can provide. Because of this, I take my responsibility to each puppy very seriously — not just while they are here with me, but for their entire life.

Lifetime Responsibility

One of the most important conditions in my contract is that if, at any stage of their life, a Tauriel dog can no longer remain with their family, they must be returned to me.

Life can change; there is no judgement. However, I never want one of my dogs to end up being passed from home to home. When I breed a litter, I accept responsibility for those puppies for life.

Desexing

Tauriel puppies are not to be desexed before 12 months of age.

Hormones play an important role in healthy growth, development, and maturity. I want each puppy to have the opportunity to grow and develop properly before any permanent decisions are made.

Pet Homes

Puppies placed in pet homes are sold as companions and are not for breeding.

This helps protect the puppy, the new owner, and the integrity of the Miniature Pinscher breed. I care deeply about preserving correct type, temperament, health, and quality in the breed I love.

I am not against people having an interest in breeding.

Ethical breeding, when done correctly, takes years of learning, mentorship, health testing, honest evaluation, careful planning, dedication, and significant financial commitment.

Breeding should never be entered into lightly, and it should never be viewed as a way to make money.

In reality, I spend far more on my dogs than I have ever made from them.

I work to support my dogs, not the other way around.

Why the Contract Matters

My contract exists to protect my puppies, support their families, and help preserve the quality and integrity of the Miniature Pinscher breed.

The right home will always matter more to me than a sale, and every condition in my contract comes back to one simple goal:

Doing what is best for the dogs.
